FOSTERING a pet is a big responsibility and should be considered very seriously. Fostering saves the life of adoptable pets dropped at local county shelters, they have minimal time/chances of adoption inside these shelters., Each animal has unique characteristics and special needs; in order to help us place our animals in a suitable household, please take a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire as accurately as possible.

PAAIN (People Assisting Animals in Need) provides the following: Spay or Neuter, all necessary vaccines, wormer, frontline and heartworm prevention, and food.

As a PAAIN foster I agree to care for my foster by providing a safe and loving home.  I will ensure the pet gets the proper nourishment and medical care necessary for good health.  I will provide a comfortable environment for my foster pet and will not abandon, abuse or neglected it in any manner.  I will contact PAAIN immediately with any concerns or health care problems with my foster.

I am making a commitment to foster until a forever home is found.
